About Jade Gothard

I’m Jade, the founder of JAG Medical Aesthetics and Registered Manager of Optimum Road Health Centre, our private medical clinic in Derbyshire. My work brings together medical expertise and aesthetic artistry to help patients look and feel their best, naturally, safely and confidently.

I first qualified as a Physiotherapist from the University of Nottingham in 2013, where I built a solid foundation in evidence-based healthcare and patient rehabilitation. I later completed a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (MSc), also at the University of Nottingham. This advanced training allows me to assess, diagnose, investigate, treat and prescribe for patients autonomously, ensuring that both my aesthetic and medical work meet the highest clinical standards.

At Optimum Road Health Centre, I deliver a range of medical services, including minor surgical procedures, joint steroid injections, blood testing, wellness checks and same-day appointments for acute illness, as well as managing our ADHD and Autism assessment, diagnosis and treatment service.

This strong medical foundation underpins everything I do within JAG Medical Aesthetics, where I provide evidence-based anti-ageing and advanced aesthetic injectable treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, microneedling and skin rejuvenation therapies. Every procedure is carried out with a deep understanding of anatomy, safety and the science of skin health.

I take a holistic approach to patient care, offering not just aesthetic treatments, but also health and lifestyle guidance that supports long-term wellbeing and disease prevention. My particular interest lies in anti-ageing transformations for mature clients, focusing on natural enhancement rather than change, and helping each person feel confident in their own skin.
